Cairns Dental Boutique is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team. Working with owners, Principal Dentist, Clinical Coordinator and staff, you will implement efficient systems, support performance and contribute to growth of the business.

• Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment coordination and accreditation requirements
• Experience with payroll coordination, HR processes and performance management
