Job Description

As Practice Manager, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the practice while leading and supporting two teams as they merge into one cohesive, high‑engagement culture.

Leadership & Change

• Lead the integration of two teams into a single, aligned practice culture.
• Support the practice through refurbishment with minimal disruption to patients and clinicians.
• Coach, develop, and inspire your team through change.
