You’ll drive culture, compliance, and strategic growth while delivering a seamless patient journey from inquiry to treatment completion. Join a supportive owner and a hardworking team dedicated to excellence.

Our current superstar Practice manager is pursuing further studies but is very keen to help train and handover to a new team leader.

Your Role

As Practice Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the practice and empower the team to perform at their best.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring and developing our reception and clinical teams
• Creating a positive, supportive and accountable workplace culture
• Optimizing appointment books and improving productivity
• Managing rosters, recruitment and onboarding
• Monitoring KPIs and practice performance
• Overseeing administration, reporting, stock and supplier relationships
• Maintaining compliance, infection control and accreditation standards
• Driving continuous improvement and implementing smarter systems
• Delivering an exceptional patient journey from first phone call through to treatment completion
• Working with the practice owner to grow the practice.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve systems and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.

About You

• Have experience leading a dental, medical or allied health practice or management experience in any other industry.
• Are an organized, proactive leader who enjoys taking ownership.
• Can motivate teams while maintaining high standards.
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Think commercially and understand the importance of both patient care and business performance.
• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems confidently.
• Love creating efficient systems that make everyone's job easier.
