You will oversee staff, rosters, workflows, KPIs and growth initiatives, with a focus on leadership, systems improvement and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Lead, support and motivate clinical and administrative team members
• Manage staff rosters, leave requests and daily staffing requirements
• Coordinate patient flow, appointments and operational resources
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and business performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development initiatives
• Maintain stock control, supplier relationships and operational budgets
• Ensure compliance with relevant workplace, privacy and infection-control requirements
• Assist with business improvement projects and practice growth initiatives
• Support the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service standards
