Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing a dental practice.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager or in an Acting 2IC role.
• Dental Assisting experience is essential.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in sales, business development, marketing, and performance management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, patients, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading both clinical and administrative teams, and creating an environment that delivers exceptional patient care and business performance. Working closely with our clinicians and Practice Development Manager, you'll drive operational excellence, team engagement, patient growth, and practice profitability.

Skills & Experience
