Job summary

BallyCara is seeking a qualified Personal Care Worker to join our team in Queensland. You will provide personal care with dignity, support daily living, and foster independence and wellbeing for our residents.

We value warmth, compassion and strong teamwork. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent is essential, with a commitment to person-centred care and quality in every shift.

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Aged Care) or relevant qualification - essential
• Previous experience working in aged care

• The ability to meet the inherent requirements of the role

You’ll also need:

• A National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Current rights to work in Australia
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination are highly recommended
