Bakers Delight Mildura is seeking an experienced Baker to join the team in Mildura, Victoria. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work with one of Australia's most recognised bakery brands, delivering high-quality artisan breads daily.

You will prepare and bake a variety of products, maintain strict quality and food-safety standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Baker.
• Relevant baking qualification is highly regarded.
• Experience in a commercial bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.
• Able to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Monitor dough quality throughout production.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.

Requirements
