Bakers Delight Artarmon is seeking an experienced baker to join our team, producing high-quality artisan breads while upholding our standards of quality and food safety.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with ongoing training and career development within the Bakers Delight network. You will work early morning shifts in a busy Artarmon bakery, contributing to daily production targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time experience as a Baker.
• Certificate III in Baking or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Experience working in a commercial bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.

• Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
