Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services is seeking a Product Specialist - Expansion Joints to own and grow a specialised product portfolio across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. You will work with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop product strategies and drive commercial success.

You will leverage an established customer base and relationships, contributing to market development, pricing strategies and new product introductions in a global industrial context.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or managing technical products in industrial markets.
• Exposure to mining, oil & gas, power, water/wastewater or heavy industry.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, pricing and margins.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into viable solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous work approach.
• Engineering or technical trade qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Expansion Joints portfolio across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth, market penetration and portfolio development.
• Leverage established customer relationships while identifying new customers and opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps, positioning, value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive sales, order intake, margin and overall commercial performance.
• Build relationships with Area and Regional Sales Managers to identify opportunities.
• Provide product and application training to sales and internal teams.
• Participate in customer presentations and industry events.
