Job summary

Expansion Joint Systems Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Expansion Joint Installer to join our site crew on major commercial projects. You will install expansion joint, fire seal and waterproofing systems to spec, support the lead installers, and help ensure quality handovers.

You’ll work with a small team, follow our site processes, and bring a hands-on attitude, reliability and attention to detail. Training and tools are provided to support growth into a lead role.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• Working at Heights and EWP (Yellow Card) or willing to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Install expansion joint, fire seal and waterproofing systems to spec and tolerance.
• Follow install methods and site processes, from prestarts to task records.
• Check work as you go to ensure it’s right first time.
• Flag issues early to the lead installer.
• Keep materials, tools and work areas organised.
• Suggest better ways of doing things when you see them.
• Work at heights using EWPs, scaffolds and harnesses when required.
