• 7+ years in HVAC product management, product marketing, or product/program management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC markets and product segments referenced in the role.
• Experience working with HVAC suppliers and understanding product specifications.
• Proven ability to analyse market data, competition, product performance, and pricing opportunities.
• Business management skills with strong technical awareness.
• Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier networks.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to manage priorities across stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

• Develop and implement product line strategies for the HVAC portfolio, especially Airside.
• Drive market expansion, profitability, and portfolio growth opportunities.
• Lead new product introductions, product launches, and cost-out initiatives.

• Build product roadmaps, monitor performance, and present strategic updates.
• Support pricing strategy and margin optimization across assigned products.
