Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Success specialist to onboard exhibitors and maximize sponsorship value across virtual and live conferences. You will serve as the primary contact, ensure smooth onboarding, and collaborate with sales, operations, content and marketing to renew and grow partnerships.

The role emphasizes proactive service, strong communication, and disciplined organization as you manage multiple deadlines, travel when needed, and help demonstrate value to clients throughout the event

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to travel and support onsite events (4–6 per year).
• Strong business acumen and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients onboarding and maximizing sponsorship package components (virtual or live).
• Understand exhibit products and advise clients on best use during the event cycle.
• Support ~120 exhibitor-clients per year across 4–5 conferences.
• Collaborate with operations, content, program management and marketing teams.
• Partner with Event Sales to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive interactions.
