Job summary

Gartner in Sydney is seeking a Client Success professional to align with the sales team, onboard exhibitors, and ensure renewals across 4-6 live events a year. You will maximize sponsorship packages, advise clients, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and program teams to deliver outstanding event experiences.

The role emphasizes client education, proactive service, and relationship building with 1–3 years in client-facing roles, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing role.
• Strong service delivery focus and client success mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for onsite event support (4–6 events/year).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients on onboarding and sponsorship packages (virtual or live).
• Understand exhibit products and advise clients during event cycles.
• Support ~120 exhibitor-clients per year across 4–5 conferences.
• Collaborate with operations, content, program management and marketing teams.
• Partner with Event Sales to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive interactions.
• Drive high client call activity pre-event, onsite and post-event.
• Evaluate client experience to improve processes and actions.
• Join Event Sales on calls/meetings to support sales or renewals.
