You will work in partnership with Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams, from initial client briefings through to appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition within complex corporate environments.
• Ability to lead client discussions, research, and market intelligence.
• Strong judgement and ability to present clear recommendations to boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments from brief through appointment with Boards and CEOs.
• Guide research, market-mapping and senior_executive outreach.
• Engage senior executives and assess leadership capability for recommended placements.
