This opportunity would suit someone with 12–24 months’ recruitment experience, or a sales professional looking to transition into executive search.

The role

• Research and identify lawyers for senior opportunities.
• Approach prospective candidates and build rapport through thoughtful, professional conversations.
• Understand their experience, ambitions and motivations for considering a move.
• Present relevant opportunities and maintain relationships throughout the search process.
• Keep candidate information accurate and follow up consistently.

About you

• Ideally degree qualified, with experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
• Articulate and confident engaging with senior professionals.
• Curious, commercially minded and interested in the legal sector.
• A strong listener who builds trust and asks considered questions.
