You will manage hands-on retained searches and build senior-level relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting senior finance professionals, particularly Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors or CFOs.
• Strong understanding of the finance recruitment market and the ability to engage credibly with senior candidates and clients.
• A genuine interest in executive search and working on retained assignments.
• Professionalism, intellectual curiosity, integrity and ambition.
• A commercial mindset, strong work ethic and comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a high-performing collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of retained and exclusive assignments, working closely with clients to understand their businesses, identify exceptional talent and manage the search process from initial briefing through to appointment.
• Develop relationships with CFOs, CEOs, Boards and senior investment professionals, building a network that will support your career for years to come.
• Join a business that values thoughtful, consultative recruitment rather than simply chasing activity and numbers.
• Be involved in delivering senior finance appointments and representing the client brand with credibility and insight.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior colleagues to win and successfully close assignments.
