Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District seeks a Project Support Officer to provide proactive project coordination and high-level administrative support for the Northern Beaches Hospital Partnership. The role helps deliver NSLHD's strategic priorities and works closely with the Manager to ensure efficient governance and delivery.

Based in the NSLHD Executive Unit, Kolling Building, Royal Shore Hospital Campus, the role interfaces with clinical and executive teams to maintain strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• High level organisational and communication skills, including sound negotiation, interpersonal and liaison skills.
• Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in servicing high level committees, including preparation of agendas, minute taking and preparation of correspondence.
• Demonstrated experience in providing high level project support services at an executive level. Including the preparation of documentation including presentations, ministerials, briefing papers, reports, submissions, Executive correspondence and responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level organisational support to the Northern Beaches Hospital Partnership team and the Manager.
• Coordinate administrative and clerical tasks to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
• Interface with clinical and executive staff, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
