Talent Quarter partners with a South-West Sydney organisation to appoint an Executive Manager - Governance, Compliance, Risk. You will lead governance, risk, assurance and evaluation, shaping strategy, risk culture and quality outcomes across Aged Care and NDIS services.
You will report to the CEO, partner with the Executive Team and Board, and drive a proactive, consumer-focused governance framework with a high-performing team across regulatory and improvement programs.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the organisation's Governance, Risk, Assurance, Compliance and Evaluation function, with responsibility for strengthening governance, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, internal audit and continuous improvement.
This is a highly influential executive position working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board/Audit & Risk Committee, with the opportunity to shape organisation-wide strategy, risk culture and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
The role has responsibility across both Aged Care and NDIS regulatory environments, including internal audit, serious incident response, complaints and restrictive practices oversight.
We are looking for a commercially aware, pragmatic senior leader who can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
You will ideally bring:
Formal governance, risk or audit credentials such as GAICD, CA/CPA, CIA or equivalent GRC certification will be highly regarded.
This is more than a traditional compliance role. You will have the mandate to influence how governance, risk and quality are embedded across the organisation while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
