Job summary

Talent Quarter is partnering with a purpose-led organisation to appoint an Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance and Evaluation (GRACE). The role will lead governance, risk and compliance across aged care and disability services, shaping frameworks and responses to incidents, complaints and regulatory requirements across two regulatory environments.

The successful candidate will provide executive-level advice, build high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement in governance,

Qualifications

• Significant experience across governance, risk, audit or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the aged care and/or NDIS regulatory environment.
• Experience designing and embedding enterprise risk and assurance frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Board, CEO and Executive stakeholder experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Executive-level advisory capabilities.
• Governance, risk or audit credentials are highly regarded.
