Job summary

Talent Quarter is partnering with a purpose-led organisation to appoint an Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance and Evaluation (GRACE). The role will lead governance, risk and compliance across aged care and disability services, shaping frameworks and responses to incidents, complaints and regulatory requirements across two regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across governance, risk, audit or compliance.

• Board, CEO and Executive stakeholder experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Governance, risk or audit credentials are highly regarded.

Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, Compliance and Evaluation ( GRACE)

We are partnering exclusively with a purpose-led organisation within the disability, aged care and human services sector to appoint an experienced Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, & Evaluation (GRACE).

The opportunity

This role will lead the organisation’s approach to:

• Governance and organisational integrity
• Enterprise risk management
• Internal audit and assurance
• Regulatory compliance across aged care and disability services
• Incident, complaints and serious incident response
• Policy, systems, and continuous improvement
• Building a strong risk, safety and compliance culture

You’ll play a critical role in bringing together two complex regulatory environments and creating a coherent, practical governance, risk and compliance framework that supports both operational excellence and quality outcomes.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a senior leader who brings:

• Significant experience across governance, risk, audit or compliance
• Strong knowledge of the aged care and/or NDIS regulatory environment, or another highly regulated human services environment
• Experience designing and embedding enterprise risk and assurance frameworksThe ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
• Strong Board, CEO and Executive stakeholder experience
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• The confidence to challenge, influence and provide trusted advice at an executive level
• Formal qualifications in law, business, risk, audit, health, social care or a related discipline are desirable, with governance, risk or audit credentials highly regarded.
