Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to Executive Lounge guests.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out while responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, recognising VIPs and Hilton Honours members.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised Executive Lounge and replenish offerings during service.
• Promote Hilton Honours benefits to eligible guests.
• Collaborate with Front Office and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Contribute to a positive team culture while upholding Hilton's service standards.
