Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Sydney is hiring an Executive Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional service in the Executive Lounge. You will assist with check-in/out, greet guests warmly, recognise VIPs and Hilton Honors members, and respond promptly to guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to Executive Lounge guests.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out while responding to guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, recognising VIPs and Hilton Honours members.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented Executive Lounge.
• Set up and replenish food and beverage offerings throughout service periods.
• Promote Hilton Honours and its benefits to eligible guests.
• Work collaboratively with the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Contribute to a positive team culture while maintaining Hilton's high service standards.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will create memorable experiences for our Executive Lounge guests by delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lounge. Your responsibilities will include:

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a passionate hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, front office or customer service (hotel experience is highly regarded but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently resolve guest enquiries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
