Job summary

The Hassett Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Head of Assets & Operations to lead asset management, operations and strategic initiatives. You will oversee multiple teams, drive performance across the asset portfolio and deliver capital projects and technology-enabled change.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape governance, budgets and supplier performance, while ensuring WHSEQ compliance and robust risk management across the organisation's assets and operations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across operations, asset management or infrastructure.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and improving business performance.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting and strategic planning.
• Experience overseeing capital projects and asset lifecycle management.
• Delivery of systems improvements, process optimisation and organisational change.
• Knowledge of WHSEQ requirements and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused leadership balancing strategy and execution.
