Job summary

The Hassett Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Head of Assets & Operations to lead asset management, operations and strategic initiatives. You will oversee multiple teams, drive performance across the asset portfolio and deliver capital projects and technology-enabled change.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape governance, budgets and supplier performance, while ensuring WHSEQ compliance and robust risk management across the organisation's assets and operations.

As the business enters its next phase of development, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Assets & Operations to join the senior leadership team and drive performance across its asset portfolio, operational functions and strategic initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a broad executive leadership position spanning asset management, business operations, capital projects, technology-enabled transformation and continuous improvement. Leading multiple functional teams, you will take ownership of operational performance, asset reliability, commercial outcomes and the delivery of key business initiatives. A significant focus of the role will be leading complex systems and technology projects, improving how information, processes and operational platforms integrate across the business. You will play a hands-on role in project planning, system design, implementation and change management, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable operational and commercial benefits.
