Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in property and extensive experience in asset management.
• Strong understanding of leasing process, capital expenditure, and valuation principles.
• Proven strong people skills, open and accessible communication.

• Lead the asset management function across all sectors.
• Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
