Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Sydney seeks a Client Suites Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Client Suites and Executive Reception teams, ensuring five-star hospitality and seamless client experiences across all executive spaces.

You will lead, train, and schedule the teams, coordinate events and meetings, monitor service quality, and report performance to the Guest Services Lead, while maintaining high standards and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in hospitality, concierge services, executive reception, or similar client-facing environments.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events and executive hospitality services.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Client Suites and Executive Reception areas.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the teams to deliver consistent service.
• Develop staff rosters and cover operating hours and events.
• Coordinate shift patterns and manage leave requests.
• Provide regular performance and workforce updates to the Guest Services Lead.
• Ensure meetings and events are delivered to a high standard and support VIP visits.
