Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is seeking a seasoned Head of People to partner with the regional CEO and leadership team across Australia & New Zealand. You will shape and deliver the people agenda, balancing global programs with local employment practices, culture and compliance.

As a senior HR leader, you’ll influence executive decisions, lead a broad people agenda and drive outcomes in a complex multi-region business, reporting to the regional CEO with dotted lines to Group Chief People

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with CEO/executive partnerships.
• Expert knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law and WHS.
• Payroll understanding and service-delivery accountability.
• Experience in global or multi-region, matrixed organisations.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with data-driven insights.
• Proven experience leading and developing HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and leadership team on people priorities that deliver CTM’s strategy.
• Collaborate with Group Chief People Officer and CoEs to align global programs with local needs.
• Lead organisation design, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning, coaching leaders.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance with Australian and NZ law, and safety requirements.
• Partner with Centres of Excellence in reward, talent acquisition, learning and payroll to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the people aspects of restructures, acquisitions and transformation programs.
