Job summary

Corporate Travel Management is seeking a seasoned Head of People to advise the CEO and leadership team across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape the people strategy and ensure global programs are implemented with local judgement within our multi-region matrix.

Reporting to the CEO, Australia & New Zealand, with a dotted line to the Group Chief People Officer, you will lead organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives while partnering with Centres of Excellence to

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience including senior leadership with CEO exposure.
• Expert knowledge of Australian and NZ employment law and WHS.
• Strong payroll governance and service delivery oversight.
• Experience in global or multi-region matrix organisations.
• Turn people data/insights into practical business recommendations.
• Proven organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
• Influence senior executives and manage complex stakeholder needs.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or IR.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and leadership team on people priorities that deliver the business plan.
• Lead global and regional alignment of people programs while addressing local needs.
• Oversee organisation design, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on leadership, team effectiveness and performance.
• Manage employee relations and compliance with Australian and NZ employment law.
• Lead change, restructures and transformation programs with internal comms.
• Partner with rewards, talent acquisition, learning and payroll Centres of Excellence.
• Use engagement data to identify risks and opportunities and inform decisions.
