Corporate Travel Management (CTM) in Sydney CBD seeks a Group HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into people priorities across a global matrix. You will partner with Group Executives, regional HR leaders and CoEs to align global initiatives with local priorities, spanning organisation design, talent strategy, employee relations and transformation.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years HR experience, including strategic HRBP to C-suite or Group Executives.
• Experience in global or multi-region, matrixed organisations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations across jurisdictions.
• Expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Experience leading organisational change or transformation initiatives.
• The ability to translate people data into practical recommendations and challenge senior leaders.
• Experience in internal/change communications and leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills across cultures and time zones with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Advise Group Executives on people priorities, aligning objectives with CTM’s global People Strategy.
• Lead organisation design, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning; coach executives.
• Coordinate with regional HR leaders and CoEs to ensure consistency and avoid duplication.
• Manage complex employee relations and governance, aligning with policy and law.
• Lead the people aspects of restructures, acquisitions and transformation using data insights.
• Advise on remuneration and incentives; support internal communications with regional teams.
