Job summary

Accenture ANZ Local Technology Services is seeking an experienced Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support Specialist to join the team in Sydney. You will act as the AV/VC SME for meeting spaces and events, ensuring systems are operational and well maintained, with occasional after-hours support and interstate travel as needed.

The role requires hands-on AV/VC design, deployment, troubleshooting, and strong customer service to support stakeholders and events across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT AV/VC design and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
• Experience providing desktop support across Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience troubleshooting AV/VC systems and network-connected technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and related collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AV/VC Subject Matter Expert, supporting meeting spaces, events, and collaboration technologies.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AV/VC systems to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Manage AV/VC assets, equipment lifecycle, inventory, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Develop operational processes, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer support while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting events, projects, and technology upgrades.
