Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking an experienced Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support Specialist to join the ANZ Local Technology Services team. You will support, maintain, and enhance AV/VC services across Accenture ANZ, acting as a SME for meeting spaces and events, especially at the Sydney office.

You will ensure systems stay operational, maintainable, and effectively utilized for meetings, events, and business activities, working with IT, Workplace teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV/VC design, deployment, and support.
• Onsite IT AV/VC design and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Desktop support across Windows and Mac environments.
• Troubleshooting AV/VC systems and network-connected tech.
• Setting up AV/VC equipment for meetings and events.
• Familiarity with Teams Rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Exposure to major AV platforms from leading vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AV/VC Subject Matter Expert for meeting spaces and events.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AV/VC systems.
• Manage AV/VC assets, lifecycle, inventory, and maintenance.
• Develop operational processes, documentation, and training.
• Provide exceptional customer support with stakeholders and events.
