One Playground is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO in Sydney. You will manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and priorities, coordinate leadership meetings and events, and ensure timely follow-ups across a growing portfolio of projects and locations.

You will build a trusted partnership with the Founder, handling both professional and personal matters to maximise his time for design, brand, marketing and people. This is a high‑standard, high‑impact role in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Calendar & Meeting Management: Own the Founder’s calendar and structure days around priorities.
• Task Management: Maintain registers of active tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
• Presentations & Documents: Prepare polished presentations and supporting materials; keep brand templates updated.
• Leadership Support, Events & Office: Coordinate senior leadership meetings and events; oversee head office operations.
• Founder Personal Optimisation: Manage personal admin and travel; optimise the Founder’s time for core priorities.
• People & Product Standards: Visit sites quarterly; review feedback and ensure standards.
• Improvement Projects: Identify risks and propose projects to lift performance and brand.
