Job description

Sharp and Carter – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW

Western Sydney | Global Organisation | $100K–$110K + Super

This is a rare EA opportunity where the role actually lives up to the promise: genuine executive partnership, exposure to senior leadership, and real involvement in the initiatives that shape the business, not just diary admin.

You'll support a Managing Director known across the business for being fair, direct, and easy to work with, inside a close-knit team where people build long careers. If you want a role with substance, autonomy, and a team that actually has your back, this is it.

You'll get a structured four-week onboarding program, hands‑on training, and ongoing support from day one, not a sink‑or‑swim start.

As Executive Assistant, you'll take ownership of:

  • End-to-end diary and calendar management

  • Domestic and international travel coordination

  • Executive expense processing and credit card reconciliation

  • Reports, presentations and business documentation

  • Executive meeting and boardroom coordination

  • Quarterly town halls and company-wide events

  • Large-scale industry exhibitions and conferences

  • Monthly leadership reporting packs

  • Office administration, purchasing and supplier coordination

  • Minute-taking and meeting follow-up

What's on Offer

  • $100,000–$110,000 + Super

  • Western Sydney | full-time, permanent

  • 8:30am–5:00pm, 5 days onsite

  • Free onsite parking

  • Structured onboarding and real hands‑on support from day one

  • A broad, high‑ownership EA role working directly with senior leadership

  • The chance to lead events and projects with real scale and budget

  • Perkbox benefits, novated leasing, EAP, and annual wellbeing initiatives (incl. flu vaccinations)

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO, MD, or senior executive

  • Sharp organisational and time management skills

  • Strong diary, travel, and stakeholder management background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset

  • Comfort managing multiple priorities at pace

  • Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint

  • Quick to pick up new systems and processes

  • Full Australian working rights

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, infrastructure or transport is a plus, but not essential.

If you're an EA who wants more than a title, who wants a role with real trust, real scope, and a team that's actually good to work with, we'd love to hear from you.
