Job summary

Melbourne Park is seeking a Workforce Operations Coordinator to support the Event Workforce across multiple venues and events in a fast‑paced precinct. Reporting to the Workforce Development & Operations Manager, the role blends rostering, systems work, onboarding and event‑day delivery to keep teams ready.

You will engage with venue teams, manage inquiries, and help with recruitment, compliance and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce scheduling or event operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with digital systems and data management.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce rostering and scheduling across Melbourne Park’s venues and events.
• Use workforce systems including Humanforce to maintain accurate schedules and information.
• Collaborate with venue and event teams to understand requirements and respond to changes.
• Support Event Delivery Workforce before and during events, ensuring teams are ready.
• Manage workforce enquiries and communications for a responsive experience.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, uniforms and other operational activities.
• Assist with workforce planning for major events, including the Australian Open.
