Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is seeking a seasoned Workforce Planning Manager to lead our Workforce Planning and Uniform teams on a 12-month maternity leave contract, delivering world-class events across SA venues.

You will drive staffing and rostering, align labour resources with operational needs, and oversee uniform purchasing, issuing, laundering and stock control to ensure staff appearance aligns with event standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce planning and logistics.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
• Experience with Humanforce rostering software.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AVM’s workforce planning function across venues.
• Align staffing, rostering and labour resources with event requirements.
• Oversee Uniforms Coordinator and stock coordination across the organisation.
