Job summary

Everi Pty seeks an Events & Operations Officer to support planning, coordination and day‑to‑day operation of Sunshine Coast Stadium and related venues, delivering high quality events and customer service.

You will liaise with event organisers, clubs and community groups, manage bookings and inquiries, assist with on-site duties and maintain a safe, well-presented venue. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport, events or community venues.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with booking, invoicing and venue management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event planning, schedules and venue logistics for a range of events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clubs, groups, customers and stakeholders.
• Manage bookings, hire agreements, invoicing and attendance reporting.
• Support daily venue operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
