You will lead a small team, build strong client and supplier relationships, oversee end-to-end event delivery, manage budgets and pricing, and ensure a standout customer experience from initial inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in venue management, hotels, hospitality or events.
• Experience managing clients, suppliers, event logistics and budgets.
• Proven ability to balance operational priorities with commercial targets.
• People leadership experience and ability to drive performance.
• Credible understanding of venue sales, pricing and revenue opportunities.

• Own the venue revenue, utilisation and commercial performance.
