We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Event Support Officer to join our Executive Support team for a temporary period and assist in the delivery of Council's civic events, functions and ceremonies.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative and customer service skills, and thrives on delivering memorable experiences for the community.
Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will provide administrative, operational and event delivery support to Council's Civic Events Team.
You will assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of civic and community events including citizenship ceremonies, civic receptions, official openings, award presentations, school tours, VIP engagements and other protocol functions.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, customer focused and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
