Job summary

Warilla Bowls & Recreation Club invites energetic individuals to join the Functions Team as we deliver memorable events on the South Coast. You will help set up spaces, provide food and beverage service, and support the Functions, Events and Catering teams from start to finish.

Ideal candidates are reliable, enthusiastic and ready to contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous functions or hospitality experience is an advantage, with a flexible roster including evenings and

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in hospitality and events.
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, energetic and willing to get involved in all aspects of events.

Responsibilities

• Set up function rooms for events according to briefs.
• Provide professional food and beverage service.
• Work behind the bar and serve guests.
• Collaborate with Functions, Events and Catering teams.
• Reset and pack down function spaces after events.
• Stay organised and prioritise tasks during busy periods.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional experience for guests.
