Job summary

Campbelltown Catholic Club in Campbelltown NSW is seeking experienced Functions & Events Attendants to support weddings, conferences, corporate functions and social events across the venue. • Current RSA competency card.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings or late nights.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality service, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Exceptional personal presentation and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pack down function spaces.
• Assist with food and beverage service.
• Provide professional and friendly guest service.
• Assist with weddings, conferences, corporate functions and social events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout events.
• Work effectively as part of the wider Functions & Events team.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol and venue procedures where applicable.
• Assist with other reasonable event-related duties as required.

Campbelltown Catholic Club – Campbelltown NSW

Campbelltown Catholic Club is a large social and recreational Club located in Southwest Sydney. The Club has over 50, 000 members and provides an extensive range of business, social and recreational facilities including: Dedicated function and event space, multiple restaurants and bars, 18-hole Golf Course, gym & pool facilities, a Rydge’s Hotel and The CUBE Convention & Entertainment Centre.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Functions & Events Attendants to join our passionate team to support the delivery of weddings, conferences, corporate functions, social events, gala dinners and other events across the venue. The role will provide flexible staffing support based on event requirements, with the opportunity to work across a variety of functions and gain experience within a busy events environment.

Your hours will vary during peak periods, with the possibility of some weeks with no rostered hours. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to memorable guest experiences.
