Job summary

voco Gosford, located at The Archibald Precinct on the NSW Central Coast, is seeking an Events Executive to plan and coordinate unforgettable events from initial enquiry through to the big day. You will engage clients, couples and vendors, upsell services and deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, while coordinating spaces, catering and decor with the hotel team.

The role focuses on building genuine client connections, managing detailed event orders and ensuring seamless delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in events, meetings, or a hotel/sales environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, couples and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to build accurate events bookings and proposals.
• Deliver exceptional service in person, by email and over the phone.
• Coordinate event spaces, catering, decor and other hotel services.
• Develop and manage banquet event orders to ensure smooth execution.
• Log enquiries and compile reports for the Operations team.
• Build long-term relationships with planners and hosts to grow repeat business.
