Springfield House Function Centre – Dural NSW is seeking an energetic and highly organised Event & Wedding Coordinator to join our team. You will manage client inquiries, tours, proposals, bookings, and CRM records, while coordinating weddings and events with the team to deliver unforgettable celebrations.

You’ll contribute to sales targets, assist with marketing activities, and represent the venue at exhibitions and events when required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, event planning, or coordination (preferably weddings/hospitality).
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, friendly approach.
• Exceptional organisation and time management with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pipedrive or similar CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Availability to work every Saturday for venue tours and occasional evenings.

Aufgaben

• Manage all client inquiries, bookings, and availability tracking through our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Conduct venue tours and consultations to understand clients’ visions and event requirements.
• Create tailored event proposals, quotations, and booking agreements.
• Follow up with clients via phone and email.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports and manage payments.
• Contribute to achieving annual sales targets and maximise revenue through up-selling.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, social media updates, and promotional activities.
• Represent Springfield House at exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
