Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Delivering the sales strategy and developing relationships with clients.
• Provide statistical weekly and monthly reports.
