Qualifications

• Five+ years of enterprise technology service delivery experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical specialists.
• Experience coordinating work across internal and external delivery teams.
• Experience managing end-user computing, audiovisual or event tech services.
• Experience using ITIL service management processes with related certification or qualification.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and escalations with data-driven judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technology support specialists for onsite event and end-user services.
• Oversee daily schedules, service queues, resource allocation and event tech support for university events.
• Act as escalation point for complex/high-impact issues and coordinate with partners.
• Manage IT Service Management activities; ensure incidents and requests progress against measures.
• Use data and feedback to identify trends, reduce recurring issues and improve customer experience.
• Improve service delivery through reporting, process improvement, and tech enhancements.
