Job summary

St Rita's College in Brisbane is seeking an IT Support – Audio Visual & Events to maintain and support AV systems, classroom technology and event delivery, helping staff and students stay connected.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends to support College events; it is a full-time continuing position starting this year. You will work as part of the IT Services team to ensure reliable technology for learning and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk role.
• Experience supporting audio visual systems and event technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to staff and students.
• Support, maintain and troubleshoot audio visual equipment, classroom technologies and event systems.
• Assist with setup, operation and pack-down of technology for College events and meetings.
• Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with maintaining IT infrastructure, software applications and technology resources across the College.
• Contribute to planning and implementing new technologies and system improvements.
• Maintain flexibility to work outside standard hours for events.
