Job summary

THISBOWL is seeking an Event Lead for a high-volume Australian Open operation in Melbourne. You will partner with Event Managers, own a key area, and drive smooth service from start to finish while upholding THISBOWL standards.

You will manage larger teams, maintain high food and service quality, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within a dynamic, service-focused brand.

The Role

As an Event Lead at the Australian Open, you'll play a key role in bringing one of THISBOWL's biggest events of the year to life. Think everything that goes into running a restaurant, just on a much bigger scale. Bigger teams, higher volume, faster pace, and plenty of moving parts.

Working alongside our Event Managers, you'll take ownership of a key area of the event, support our team to deliver an incredible experience, and help keep operations running smoothly from the first service to the last.

We're recruiting three Event Leads, each taking ownership of a different area of the event: Admin and Rostering, Food Safety, and People Experience. Whether your strengths lie in keeping operations organised, maintaining high standards or creating an incredible team experience, there's an opportunity to make your mark.
