Job summary

THISBOWL is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to be the voice between our customers and the THISBOWL brand. You’ll respond across all channels, ensuring guests feel heard and connected, while sharing timely feedback with the team.

Reporting to the Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll support our team across Australia, work at least 2 days per week, and help turn disgruntled guests into our biggest fans with a positive attitude and proactive approach.

The Role

As an Customer Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in being the voice between our customers and THISBOWL. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer communications across all channels, ensuring every guest feels heard, valued, and connected to the brand. It’s your job to deliver exceptional support, share timely feedback and insights with the team, and help turn even our most disgruntled guests into our biggest fans.

Key Responsibilities
