Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club seeks an experienced, hands-on Leader to head the Precinct Meetings & Events Floor at the Panthers Events Centre Precinct and WSCC. You will drive on-floor leadership, ensuring seamless event delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise two years of supervisory experience, lead a skilled team, coordinate setup and breakdown, and ensure highest standards of service, safety and presentation across all events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in events or functions venue.
• Certificate IV in Hospitality Supervision or working towards it.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with bump-in/out.
• Excellent presentation, grooming and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily delivery of meetings, conferences and events across the precinct.
• Coordinate event set-up, service and pack-down to highest standards.
• Conduct team briefings, assign tasks and provide clear direction.
• Inspire the team to deliver guest-focused service and memorable experiences.
• Oversee food and beverage service delivery and safety compliance.
• Monitor schedules and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Liaise with coordinators, kitchen and other departments for seamless delivery.
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Lead by example with a customer-centric approach.
