Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Executive to join our venue team. You will be the main contact for clients, understand their event requirements and recommend AV and staging solutions that align with the brief.

If you’re passionate about events, you’ll help prepare client productions and weekly sales meetings, manage billing, and coordinate with accounts and interstate offices to ensure a smooth, successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the events/sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• First class customer service skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and understand their event requirements.
• Recommend AV and staging solutions in line with event briefs.
• Prepare client / production and weekly sales meetings.
• Administering weekly billing.
• Maintaining effective communication with our Accounts Department, other venues and interstate offices.
