Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Colby, Wisconsin is hiring a 2nd Shift Sanitation Supervisor to guide the sanitation team, ensure safe and compliant operations, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance to keep areas clean and ready for production.

The role emphasizes training on SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety, plus leadership to drive continuous improvement and timely sanitation schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience coaching production teams to meet quality and safety standards.
• Familiar with SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and Food Safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications, guidance, and coaching to the 2nd Shift Team to ensure in-process and finished products meet quality specifications.
• Determine and communicate sanitation schedules and workflows; coach on written instructions.
• Ensure employees are trained in SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and safety programs; monitor compliance.
• Lead the 2nd Shift Sanitation team with a safety-focused culture and operational excellence.
